Strategic Prevention Framework-State Incentive Grant, Kingman
The Strategic Prevention Framework is a model of change developed and implemented by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). The Framework calls for inclusivity, the use of evidence-based programs/practices and the use of local data to make measurable change.
Everyone is welcome; everyone has a voice! The coalition structure should be comprised of leadership which is elected annually, a variety of citizens and local community agencies.
