Kingman and the Governor's Office of Children, Youth and Families formed a coalition in August 2006 to address alcohol use by 12 to 25 year olds in four (4) categories: 1) 12 to 18 underage use, 2) 12 to 18 underage binge drinking, 3) 18 to 25 binge drinking, and, 4) 16 to 25 alcohol related crashes. The project called for a Four-Phase Roll-Out from 2006 to 2010.
